Shipping & Delivery

At Hyppernation, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners and logistics providers across India.

Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch depending on your location.

  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 7 business days or longer due to geographical constraints.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details, including:

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking number

  • Shipment date

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders.

All applicable taxes are included in the product price, and no additional charges will be applied at delivery.

Delivery Issues

Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Hyppernation offers a 14-day return policy for eligible orders.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

If an order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery, a 10% cancellation fee may be applied.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in original sealed packaging

  • All original labels, boxes, and accessories must be included

  • An unboxing video is required to verify the issue

Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Products purchased during clearance sales

  • Products purchased using store credit from a previous exchange

  • Taste preferences, personal dislikes, or lack of expected results

  • Health reactions such as nausea, rash, headache, etc. (Please consult your doctor before consumption.)

Product Notes

Certain supplement products such as Creatine, BCAAs, Pre-workouts, and Amino formulas may naturally form clumps due to moisture absorption. This does not affect product quality and is not eligible for return or replacement.
